Menopause weight gain is only normal but women can still find ways to lose weight if ever this occurs to them. A healthy diet and regular exercise can really help a lot. Aside from that they must also stop smoking and avoid too much alcohol. These habits can play important and significant roles in a women’s ability to transition through menopause and achieve weight loss with little effect from these menopause symptoms.
