Everybody knows that a woman’s best assets are her breasts. After all, they are the symbol of female sexuality. So it is no wonder that women nowadays are preoccupied with getting beautiful and desirable breasts. With the evolution of cosmetic surgery, surgical breast enhancement methods are sure ways to achieve full and hot looking breasts. So to all the women who believe that they are disproportioned, breast enhancement can bring back that glowing and youthful appearance you’ve been dying to achieve for a long time.
Breast enhancement actually has two methods: the natural method and the surgical method. This gives a woman several options to get beautiful breasts. Some of the surgical enhancement methods under surgical breast enhancement are:
• Breast Augmentation Surgery- this is a surgical procedure that involves medically incising the breast to insert implants. There are actually four ways to surgically insert implants, so that a doctor can provide the best option for a woman who wants to undergo surgery. Not all women have the same body frame and certain methods cannot be applicable to all patients. The inframammary is an incision made in the fold or under the breast. With this incision, a pocket is made either behind the breasts or behind the pectoral muscle. The implants are inserted in the pocket and then inflated. The periareolar is an incision made around the areola, the pigmented portion of the nipple, in order to insert the implants. The auxiliary incision is made through the crease in the armpit. The advantage of this method is that there will be no scars left on the breasts. The last method is an incision made through the umbilicus, or the belly button. With a special instrument, a tunnel is made at the back portion of the breast to insert implants that are rolled up like cigars and passed in the tunnels. Once they are set in place, the implants are inflated and then checked for symmetry before the incision is closed.
• Breast Implants- breast implants are filled with saline or are made of silicone. Although these are foreign materials inserted into the body, the materials are safe and guarantees that no anaphylactic reaction will occur.
For surgical breast enhancement, there are always risks involved. However, this is not a reason for not choosing surgery, especially for those who can afford. Nowadays, advance techniques for breast enhancement are performed to lessen risks that can happen before and after surgery.
